heights of 120 feet..... Invigorate yourself by sitting in the waterfalls,

have recently built a natural swimming pool, fed by river water to
complement the waterfalls. Click the link www.ysfalls.com for
more information

Treasure Beach
For those looking for an 'off the beaten track' experience, you can find
it at Treasure Beach. A series of sleepy fishing villages, dotted with
a few small hotels, villas and guesthouses, nestled together on Jamaica's
south coast. You will find deserted beaches, authentic food and friendly
people..... and oh.... women with donkeys wandering up and down the beach
selling mangos and pineapples!! |
Appleton Estate

King's Ransom. And of course, get to taste all of the different types
of rums and rum creams!!!! |
Black River Crocodile Safari
Take a boat ride down the Black River and learn about Jamaica's wildlife
and vegetation. Sit back and enjoy the scenery and of course, stop and

Local Fisherman's Boat
Trip
Ride out with 'Ted' or one of the other local fishermen... they will show
you the delights of the south coast from the sea, and with luck you will
spot wild dolphins, flying fish and sea turtles. Stop off for a cold drink
at a bar in the middle of the sea and then take a trip down the Black River,
crocodile spotting!!... Or you could just go fishing!! |
Little Ochi
A must for anyone who loves eating seafood and considered by many
to serve the best seafood in all of Jamaica. Located at Alligator
Pond, on the south coast of Jamaica, feast your appetite on lobster,
crab, shrimp, conch, and a large variety of fish fresh from the
sea.
|
Lovers Leap
Perched 1750 feet on a cliff above the Caribbean Sea, this is the
setting where 2 slave lovers jumped to their death rather than
be separated. Magnificent views and pleasant surroundings, make
this small attraction a ‘stop off’ on the way to
somewhere else.
|
Bamboo Avenue
A picturesque two and a half mile stretch of bamboo trees which arch
to form a natural tunnel can be found along the way to YS Falls.
Stop for coconut water straight out of the coconut, and take a
few pictures of this famous attraction. |
| Further
afield, there are many other exciting attractions… |
Dunns River Falls Located in Ochi Rios, you can actually climb up these
breath taking waterfalls . A little overdeveloped, but
a visit to Jamaica without visiting Dunns River Falls
could be like visiting France without seeing the Eiffel
Tower!!!!

Dolphin Cove
Situated in Ochi Rios is one of Jamaica's newest attractions. Home to 8
dolphins, you can experience a 'once in a lifetime'
opportunity, and swim and play with them. Different opportunities for

with'...... whatever you choose to do, the memories will never leave
you.. |

Birds'..... a truly uplifting experience.
