Rates
You can rent Mikarabee Villa for just
£1400 (US$2500) per week (based
on a 7 night stay). Additional nights are pro-rated at 1/7th of the weekly
rate
(£200 per night / US$360 per night).
The minimum stay is 3 nights. We do not increase our rates during peak season
(ie
15 December to 15 April). They stay
low all year round.
Couples and smaller groups, may be able to rent Mikarabee for
a reduced rate… contact us and we will see what we can do!
Our villa staff are permanent staff and paid throughout the year,
so we like to maximize our bookings and don’t like turning
down business!!
Late bookings - don’t be afraid to ask… as vacancies
loom, we may be able to negotiate on prices….!

quotes Payment Terms / Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, we need a 50% deposit within ten (10)
days of you making your reservation. The remaining 50% is required
thirty (30) days prior to your arrival on the island. Payment
can be made by cheque, money transfer or money order. Sorry – no
credit cards.
N.B. Bookings with less than eight weeks to go before arrival
- the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply

Full refund minus 20% of the rental rate if cancellation is prior
to 90 days
·
50% refund if cancellation is prior to 30 days
·
No refund if cancellation is less than 30 days of arrival date
This policy may amended if we are able to re-book the cancelled
dates
Cancellations must be made in writing
